Creating an account & signing in
To register, tap the account icon (top-right) and choose Create one. You'll provide your name, phone number (with the +60 country code), email and a password.
You sign in with your phone number and password — not your email. The account icon takes you to your profile when you're signed in, or to the sign-in screen when you're not.
Password & security
Forgotten your password? Use the “Forgot password?” link on the sign-in screen. You can reset it with a one-time code sent to your email, or via an emailed reset link.
- To change your password: use the Forgot password / reset flow — there's no separate change-password screen while signed in.
- To update your name, email or phone: contact our support team and we'll update your details for you.

After you pay
Once you confirm an online payment, you'll land on one of three outcomes.
Success
Payment received and your order is confirmed.
Pending
Payment is still being confirmed — common with FPX while your bank verifies it.
Failed
Payment didn't go through. Your order is saved, so you can try again from checkout.
Refunds & trade-in payouts
Refunds return to your original payment method — see the Returns & Refunds policy for timelines. Trade-in payouts are paid as instant cash or bank transfer at drop-off (see how trade-in works). Your orders always appear under Profile → Orders.
