Sign in, add your delivery address, then pay online or by cash on delivery.

How to place an order
From cart to confirmation in five simple steps.

Add to cart
On a product page, tap “Add to cart” or “Buy now”. Your item drops into the cart drawer that slides in from the right.

Review your cart
Open the cart (bag icon, top-right), adjust quantities, then tap Checkout. Shipping and taxes are shown at the next step.

Sign in
Checkout requires an account. If you're not signed in, you'll be asked to log in or register first.

Delivery & payment
Choose or add a shipping address, apply a voucher or promo code, then pick a payment method and confirm.

Order confirmed
You'll get an order number (e.g. SW-2026-000123), a confirmation email and an invoice PDF to download.
Delivery & tracking
We deliver across Malaysia with Standard delivery (3–5 working days). In-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours, and your delivery fee is calculated at checkout — sometimes it's free.
Follow an order any time from Profile → Orders. Once it ships, you'll get a tracking number and a live “Track shipment” link.
