Can I walk-in for a purchase?
Yes, you can walk in. Before you do so, please get in touch with our team to ensure that the phone you desire is still available in stock.
If I have made a purchase, can I schedule a delivery?

If I am outside of Malaysia, can Swapper arrange delivery?
For deliveries outside of Malaysia, please contact our team.
What if I receive the wrong phone or a phone in unsatisfactory condition after delivery?
Unfortunately, Swapper does not have a return policy. However, if you receive the wrong phone, please contact our team. If the parcel you receive is damaged, for example, if the box is damaged or the packaging is in poor condition, you can directly contact the delivery courier to report this issue.
